Newfoundland provincial flag

Newfoundland and Labrador is Canada’s least densely populated province with only half-million people living within its 370 thousand square kilometre landmass. The Island of Newfoundland is defined by its vast rocky, oceanside topography and is home to one or two of Canada’s Top 100 golf courses depending on who you ask. Visitors to the island are largely coming for more than golf. Many travellers may enter the province by plane in St. John’s which boasts a number of courses within an hour drive that may be worthwhile to visit. For the dedicated traveller a drive across the Island to visit Humber Valley and Terra Nova along the way are the main attractions for golfers.
