New Brunswick’s Best Golf Courses

Public Access
New Brunswick, like Newfoundland and Labrador, is defined by its vast rolling topography, much of which is largely unpopulated for kilometres on end. As such the best golf is a bit more few and far between. But hazard not, courses like The Algonquin Resort and Riverside Country Club are excellent properties to visit and well worth your time and effort to get there. Many travellers may enter the province from nearby Nova Scotia. Along the way enjoy the sea breeze, fresh seafood, and golf courses of Fundy National Park, Fox Creek, and Royal Oaks. Or make a pit stop to Fox Harb’r and Northumberland Links just over the provincial boarder into Nova Scotia.
Must Play
Along the shores of Passamaquoddy Bay is the charming Algonquin Resort. Offering a cerebral golf experience deeply connected to the land and the sea by its sprawling terrain, clever green complexes, and scenic views. A transformative 2017 renovation under the direction of Rod Whitman traded softness for architectural teeth and visceral connection to the land.
Donald Ross and his associate Walter Hatch fashioned Riverside Country Club in the 1920's on a plot of land over looking Kennebecasis Valley and River. The course is a fine display of topographical interest with a rather unique layout, especially considering else available in this region.
